Sales Representative

Overview

Oregon West RV in Creswell is hiring a Sales Representative to sell recreational vehicles by engaging customers, demonstrating RV features, and closing sales while providing an excellent customer experience.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and identify needs and budgets
• Follow up on leads from web inquiries, walk-ins, referrals, and events
• Present RV features, floor plans, and options
• Prepare quotes and close sales including financing, trade-ins, and warranties
• Enter and maintain customer information in CRM systems
• Support customers after the sale and encourage referrals
• Meet sales goals and work closely with the dealership team

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required
• 2+ years of vehicle sales experience preferred (RV, auto, marine, or similar)
• Strong communication, organization, and closing skills
• Comfortable using CRM systems and Microsoft Office

Work Details

• Dealership office and outdoor lot
• Flexible schedule including evenings and weekends
• Commission pay or Oregon minimum wage ($15.05/hour), whichever is greater
